Headspace
Headspace is the national youth mental health foundation. They offer a range of services directed specifically at the needs of young people.

Youth Focus

Prevention of youth suicide and support of young people with mental health problems. They provide a range of support services as well as training and education.

Beyond Blue
Beyond Blue is working to reduce the impact of depression and anxiety in the community. It does this by raising awareness and understanding, empowering people to seek help, and supporting recovery, management and resilience. The Black Dog Institute
The Black Dog Institute is a world leader in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder. The website offers a range of self assessment tools and personal stories as well as information for consumers and health professionals.

ADIS (Alcohol and Drug Information Service 9442 5000)
A service that operates 24hrs a day, 7 days a week offering phone counselling and support to those who need help with their own or another person’s alcohol or drug problem.

The Centre for Clinical Interventions
The Centre for Clinical Interventions is a specialist public mental health service that treats adults suffering from complex anxiety, affective and eating disorders. They also conduct research and provide training and supervision. Their website contains a range of freely available resources for health professionals and consumers.
